- 4 Kingklip fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

- Prepare the Kingklip: Pat the fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
